Born and was raised within Brisbane Australia. Daughter of British father. Clemens was a model on Australian television while she was in high school. She appeared on television in 2006 as a guest-starred in a role as Juliet in the episode Blue Water High and in 2007, she starred as Alison as Alison in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji. Clemens was Harper on The Showtime drama Love My Way that year and was nominated for a Graham Kennedy Award for Most Outstanding New Talent during the 2007 Logie Awards for the role. Clemens appeared in the film Dream Life in 2008. MTV Networks Australia dramatic film Dream Life alongside Sigrid Thornton Xavier Samuel Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane.She had small roles in the TV series All Saints and the film X-Men Origins: Wolverine in 2009. Clemens became a face for Jan Logan's jewelry during the same time. Clemens relocated to Los Angeles California in the year 2009. Clemens played Xandrie as Xandrie in the film Wasted on the Young (2010). Clemens co-starred with Gregg Sulkin in Camilla Dickinson, alongside Cary Elwes, Samantha Mathis and Cary Elwes. The drama was an adaptation from the 1951 novel the same title by young adult writer Madeleine L'Engle.She played the role of a teenager Heather Mason in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film's horror plot was inspired by the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was an sequel to the movie Silent Hill.That year Clemens also played a lead part as a young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End a television mini-series adaptation to Silent Hill, a Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens had her first film role in 2012's horror No One Lives with Luke Evans. She also was as a character in The Great Gatsby, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same name. The role she played was Catherine as the daughter of Myrtle Wilson (Isla Fisher). Clemens stars as Tawney Talbot in 2013's Sundance Channel television miniseries Rectify created by Ray McKinnon. She will also star with Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
